I invest in Washtenaw county and the surrounding counties in Michigan. Primarily residential properties buy-and-hold, flips and wholesale.
We moved to another town for my job, and kept our old house. We are currently fixing it up while renting it out. I want to eventually buy a few more rentals that will be nice places to live for my tenants.
