I am 71 years old and have been in RE in many forms for over 45 years. I have been a real estate appraiser for 32 years, loan officer & appraiser for 10 years & an active real estate broker for 3 years. I have owned rental properties for over 40 years and own 5 properties (8 units, 4 owned free & clear).
