Currently I am investing in local (DFW area) Multifamily homes and renting them. I have over a decade of experience in the Real Estate world. I have played many roles; a Realtor and Licensed Agent, A Mortgage Broker's office aid, Landlord, Contractor, Handyman, Investor's assistant, and in my young age a lead generator for a RE Broker.
I sold apartment buildings in Northern Texas for 2 years until I moved to California and switched to teaching. Now I'm coming back to real estate, but as an investor.
