I'm wishing to become a real estate investor. I have some exposure from reading books like rich dad series.
I have been in the construction industry for 18 years as a contractor. Performed numerous projects 50k and better for investors and homeowners. With all my experience I have decided to get into real estate for myself and put my experience to make money. So far it's been excellent.
I have worked in Commercial Real Estate for the past 10+ years, however, I just began real estate investing. I am currently "house hacking" in Irvington, NJ and a licensed NJ Real Estate Agent.
