I have absolutely no hands on experience, however, I have a few books and watch a ton of videos. I'm trying to learn everything I can at the moment. I would love to photograph properties around my area until I build enough credit to purchase an investment property myself. I appreciate all of the help I get from the forums, thanks guys!
