I'm from Chicago, but live Los Angeles. I've met my goal of attaining 3 rental properties by the end of 2021 (with 4 doors)! I now have a year of experience managing my out-of-state properties and am beginning to do wholesale 10/2022 with the goal of using the money I make to purchase at least 3 more rental properties in 2023!

I live in Bellevue, KY and enjoy seeing the Cincinnati skyline across the river from my neighborhood. As someone new to this field, I’m focusing on learning and networking the remainder of 2020 with the goal to buy my first property in 2021.
