I have been investing for a few years and have built a nice rental portfolio. I also do some re-hab flips. I LOVE what I do.

I am interested in investing in real estate for future cash flow to hopefully be able to retire early. In addition I would like to leave some sort of legacy for my children.
I have years of experience in property management and real estate mortgage financing. Now I would like to own real property and hopefully reap the benefits.
