I'm a pilot, serial entrepreneur, and also the founder of https://flowster.app. In 2019, we purchased a commercial building for $1.3M that was very poorly managed. My wife did a fantastic job of overseeing the upgrades and then we sold the building a couple years after we bought it. (Wish we would have held it!)
