I have been investing in West Michigan real estate since 2006. I started with a new construction spec home, flipped it in 2007 just before the crash, then got into distressed properties. I have transacted more than 75 properties since then and am continuing to actively invest in the greater GR area.
I currently live and work in New Jersey. I previously owned MF properties in Brooklyn, NY. Currently own in Ohio and Delaware.
