I'm a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a tax specialization in Phoenix, AZ. I also have an Arizona real estate license whereby, I work with landlords and investors acquiring real property and using Sec 1031 like -kind exchange to defer taxes. Additionally, I'm a landlord with multiple properties always looking for more.
Holds Indiana real estate license.
