I am new to all of this and excited to learn about real estate investment. I am most interested in buy and hold properties to bring in slow and steady rental income. I am interested in the NY market, Brooklyn and Long Island.

Currently invested in STR's and MTR's; 3 total so far. Looking to expand my portfolio using the BRRRR method. Working on learning how to do off market deals and creative financing, as opposed to conventional financing, which is what I've done so far.
