I grew up with roommates as my mom house-hacked our single family home in Queens. This is when I started getting into real estate.
I took a HELOC out on that house and invested in one fix and flip in Vermont and a buy and hold in OKC. Now we're selling the house and going all in on out of state investing.

I am a Nashville native and come from a family with large investments in real estate: buy and holds and developing. I work full-time a licensed Realtor in the Middle TN area.
