I went to school to pass the real estate county exam but try once to take the state, didn't pass. I than join a group that deals with surplus funds and had no result on that too. I am still going forward to learn more on anything that deals in properties. One day this community will help me get results.

i have recently been forced into bankruptsy after residing in my home and raising my 4 children alone for 30 yrs. next step is forclosure even though my home is worth more than i owe..it appears i no longer have a choice..I filed bankruptsy june 24..and basically wondering how long i have to vacate and what will happen to what i cannot take...
