I am a physician and I laid down my white coat and stethoscope in August 6,2014 to become a real estate professional. Currently, I have 61 apartment units. I wrote a book, launch it in Amazon in August 13,2021. My book is Apartment Prescription from 0-50 apartment units in 7 years.
My partner, Jake, and I are new to real estate investing, but we love it so far! We are trying out the "house hacking" method and have been renting out our extra rooms for almost a year now. I am currently serving in the United States Air Force Reserves. I am 40,000 dollars in student loan debt a accumulated before joining the military. Looking to buying my first home in the Inland Empire, prefarabley in Menifee CA. My degree is in Criminology and i am currently investing into my financial education and real estate as well.
