I just started listening to the Bigger Pockets podcasts a few weeks ago. I started flipping houses around two years ago. I have flipped three houses and have a three unit rental. I am looking to take the next step this year.

I grew up in Maine, Joined the military at 17, tried college didn't like it, went back in to the military and retired from the military just this year! I own 4 properties with a. total of 11 units. very new to real estate investing. I prefer long term rentals, buying junk, fixing it up then renting it out.
