I been in real estate investing and real estate finance over 30 years. With the ups and downs of the market I have learned a great deal of what not to do.
Now I offer flix and flip financing and 30 year investor financing for rentals with easy loan qualifying.
My husband and I bought our church in Nov. 2011. One year later we were finished and had all of the apartments rented. I am most interested in learning all I can about how to be a great property manager. I would love to do another project like this one. It was very rewarding work.
