We have bought houses, gut rehabbed ourselves and sold, and also held properties for rent since 2002. My husband is a contractor.

I buy single family homes built for the space race of the 1960s and repair and modernize for rental property. We go well beyond most landlords in preparing a home to be someone's home. Because of that, we get excellent residents who stay longer and gladly pay well over twice my monthly costs for each home.
