I started investing in buy and hold deals in 1995. We also have a full time renovation (in house) crew that maintains and rehab our rentals and flips. We also maintain a roofing, concrete and carpentry crew. Almost all renovations are performed by in house employees.
Originally from Knoxville TN I began my journey in real estate with my first investment in a STR chalet in Gatlinburg. Using a 1031 exchange from the sale of that home, I now own a couple properties in South & Central FL.
