I recently moved to St. Louis and am interested in purchasing my first multifamily investment property.
I'm an engineering project manager as my day job and a real estate investor evenings and weekends. I have flipped houses, but am currently focused on buy-and-hold to increase my cash flow.
I have been interested in real estate for a long time and have finally made the decision to get started investing.
