Entrepreneur, patented inventor, computer science researcher. Founded 2 real estate companies, one with R.E. agents, and the other built and flipped several houses. Semi-retired in 2006, selling one company for a profit. Grew bored in Florida. Moved back to Virginia to get back in the great renovation game again.
