I am new to real estate investing,but have always had a deep interest. I am most interested in renovating older urban homes or farm houses using "sweat equity" for resale. I live in Virginia.

My priority is my community. My interest is in real estate investing. I’m planning to own rental properties and eventually commercial buildings and establishments. I know that I have to start somewhere and I’m completely open to suggestions. I’m looking to connect and learn more about the field.
