I currently work for a large distributor in Hawaii and I am interested in being my own boss. Working for myself is my dream and I know if I work hard/smart enough I will get there. "Anything is possible!" I want to learn the skills and knowhow to become a successful real estate investor.
I'm a Realtor in San Antonio, that works with leasing. I have had extreme success in flipping renters to buyers. Fortunately my wife is also a Realtor and I pass the buyers over to her. I also run an insurance business and have extreme success and a built up stream of income. My goal is to start buying properties to lease.
I am a Realtor since 2014. I have rental property out-of-state, and focus on listing homes
I am a real estate broker and investor. I have 15 years of experience, I have been working with buy, remodel and sell houses, also flipping as is condition. I worked in the past with morgage banking, have a lot of broker relations, contractors, and a good knowledge of the market.
