I've been in the SF Bay Area the past 13yrs; originally from MKE. I'm looking to relocate out of CA; preferably back to the Milwaukee area. I'm new to REI, but I know my interests lie with buying/holding and rentals of single family/multi-family/small apartment units.
I'm a RE Investor who enjoys working with positive-minded people. I believe in helping others and love creating win/win situations. I have experience with buy and hold, fixing and flipping, scraping and building, wholesaling, subject-to and am currently looking to buy apartments, about 50 doors.
