I'm new to real estate investing. I haven't yet purchased my first property yet but in currently working on closing on my first house. After this purchase I hope to purchase my first buy and hold investment property soon after.
My wife and I have been in real estate on and off for about 6 years. I am also a licensed electrical engineer. Recently, we have jumped back into real estate, full-time, to build our businesses. Looking to network with wholesalers, flippers, property rental investors, lenders, etc.
Primarily I work in offshore oil and gas and try to invest my funds into rental properties to create cash flow. I have only purchased 4 properties (one to live in and later rent out); however, I'm hoping to spend more time focusing on making real-estate investing my main profession and source of income in the future.
