i have very little experience investing in real estate. i own 1 rental property at the moment. i plan on replacing my income over the next 5 years with real estate.

Once owned 10 properties in a poor area and handled them in the wrong way I believe and had to claim bankruptcy (over 10 years ago). Also have a great knowledge of construction and had my own remodeling company for 3 years.
