I'm looking for a way to rent and eventually buy back my forclosed upon property. Century farmhouse on 3 acres in a great area now owned by Freddie Mac.

I went to a real estate investing seminar and realized this is what I need to be doing now. It excites me to know other people could be paying my mortgage. Also, the passive income in this field. Being new to this though I have questions and need help. Team work is great!
