Approaching the end of one career as airline pilot and I want to devote full time to maximum roi real estate rentals in growing stable communities. I have bought, improved and sold 5 properties and will have full time to devote to this new venture.

I was a building contractor for about 20 years. When the economy slowed down, I was forced to change career paths. I now drive a truck. I am 55 years old and retirement is closing in and I'm not ready yet. Looking to build a real estate portfolio to supplement my future retirement.
