I cross so many people that'll rather be in a house versus an apartment, but don't have the money or credit for a home. So i want to be the one that makes it possible for them to get homes, rather its rent, rent to own, or cheaper homes.
Im new to wholesaling, investing, fix & flip, rehabbing, buying and holding... All of it, lol....
