I am a licensed real estate agent in WV and recently became a licensed broker in NC; where I now live. I have been a real estate investor since 2007; both fix and flips and buy and hold. I have mostly residential rentals but a few commercial as well. I am interested in real estate in southern WV as well as the Triangle area of NC.

Supply chain professional interested in diversifying my income through real estate investing. I currently do not own any properties but my goal is to purchase my first property in 2015.
I'm new to real estate, and I'm currently focusing on saving money for a down payment on my first small multifamily property while educating myself on the ins and outs of real estate and being a landlord.
