Structural Engineer currently w/ one residential rental property
I'm a Licensed real estate broker in both Illinois and Florida with over 30 years experience in residential housing ( both single family and apartment buildings) NAR (National Association of Realtors)certified short sale and foreclosure expert. In addition to properties, I purchase and sell and may JV partner defaulted mortgage notes.
I am 26 years old and am tired of working hard to live paycheck to paycheck. I want to do something that interests me and will make me money. I have recently signed up to become a real estate agent and would love to learn as much as I can about it.
Had my license years ago and never did anything with it. Recently I've been very interested in maybe getting my license and exploring real estate investment opportunities.
I'm a healthcare executive for a large academic medical center in Lexington Kentucky. I've always been interested in real estate speculation and investing and want to learn more. I've recently enrolled in pre-licensing courses for my RE license. Not necessarily to pursue a career change but more so to add an additional tool to my toolbox....
