I've done tax lien certificate investing and owned one foreclosure years ago. I consider myself a novice investor with much to learn. I have a daughter who is a nurse that will be my partner.

I have always had a dream to get involved in real estate investing. I have never done a deal and have always talked the talked but really have absolutely no idea where to get started until I found the bigger pockets podcast. I have been working in construction since high school and attended a trade school post high school.
