I am in my forties and am working as a professional hairdresser. Also i currently own two salons which are doing good business.
However i have not invested in real estate till now. I think now is a good time to branch out and make real estate as my side business.

I am interested in becoming a long term Real Estate investor with low to moderate risk appetite. My strategy is not to spend time in making quick money in short time, my time horizon is 10+ years. My goal is to retire in 10-15 years from now from my current full time job.
