My husband and I have been invested in real estate for over 30 years. I am a real estate broker (retired) - not selling houses but selling notes secured by real estate. After the last downturn in the market I took over property management on several properties that I and my co-investors took back thru foreclosure.

I fixed and flipped 2 houses years ago when the market was good, 2005-06. Still looking for investments but being very cautious and a little bit afraid with the up coming election.
