I'm new to real estate wanting to know how hard money lenders work to invest in Properties in the local area.

I am a full time rat racer (employed F/T) but I will transition from working for money to letting my money work for me through real estate investing and business ownership. I feel I am at a crossroads and I am ready to cross over!
