I'm a super currently managing a 3 unit building in San Francisco. I would like to learn about buying homes and rental properties not in San Francisco. I know a lot about common problems and repair cost I've seen it all.

I grew up as a farm kid in southwest Wisconsin. I am now a Design Engineer, who just purchased a duplex in July 2018. I plan to house hack this property for a year or so before I continue growing my real estate investing.
