Used to live in Charlotte for 20 years but have moved back to Long Island for work. I will be in the Belmont Charlotte Gastonia areas close to about 2 weeks a month so with that said I'd like to invest in these areas and nearby if I can. Some to flip, some to hold, would like deals that need to be rehabbed.
