Currently an active duty Air Force officer (graduated U.S. Air Force Academy in 2015. ). First assignment is to earn a PhD in public policy analysis at the RAND Graduate School in Santa Monica, California (2015-2018). Looking to break into REI as a side-hustle that may eventually become a "main" hustle.

I negotiate for a living; in one form or another, have for over 6 years. Started by flipping cars, which has led me to running a small buy here pay here car lot. I purchased land for it a little over a year ago. It worked out great, and got me itching for the next project.
