Finance professional that just left NYC and moved to CT with young family. First deal was a mobile home in Florida that I bought and flipped using seller financing and hold a 5 year note on.
Interested in building a portfolio of multi-family units locally in CT now that I live here. Also very interested in mobile home park investing....
