My husband and I are very interested in Real Estate and investing. We have done several flips and we love to look for deals and creative ways of making things work. We are also interested in rural areas and ranch and farm land.

I started out selling Owner/Builder packages, financing and consulting; moved into land development as a natural progression and building spec and rental homes. I am also in property management now. I'm semi-retired and working with an investor to buy and flip homes and build out his 33 lot subdivision. My wife Kim and I work together.
