I work a full time job and am the sole bread winner for a family of four. I have studied alot of different aspects about Real Estate, but never invested myself. Currently looking for that first deal.
I intend to learn as much as possible about wholesaling and property rehab as I intend to make this my retirement career. I have been interested in flipping houses for almost forty years. Financial freedom in retirement is a primary reason for this venture, but I also want to help people out of their real estate distress.
Took the National and State Real Estate test...and PASSED. Yeah! But this was a few years ago. Real Estate has always been very interesting to me and know there is money to be made. I'm now tired of waiting. I know this is my calling. I am a married stay at home mom with two teens. And I home school.
