Over 20 years experience owning single family rentals. I thought I have seen it all, but wait there is always a new learning experience.
I have been involved in RE as an LO for more than a decade, currently I am working with a whole seller; we have access to commercial properties as well as residential. I look forward to meeting new investors and making a profit together.
I have always been interested in real estate and especially intrigued by house flipping, though I have never bought investment property. I have learned a lot renovating our 1920s cottage, and would like to look into using my skills in the real estate market.
