Just getting back into the rental game...
Experience:
I purchased my first stand alone home when I was 14.
My mother was into rentals and when I was 14 said "mom, I want to buy a house". She said OK, find one and we can buy it.
I looked in the paper (there was no Internet back then!) and found a 500sqft house...
Just starting looking around.

Been an Electrician for 20 years. I know my way around a complete renovation or build out. I can help with any and all things construction. Have plenty of other tradesmen that I work with.
