I live in Prescott az originally from Southern California. My wife and I have 7 children love the great outdoors, We have written 4 books one of which was a National Best seller we've spoken all over the country and are settled down in Prescott but still love to flip houses.

I am a recent college graduate that is looking to learn all I can about Real Estate. I am currently focused on obtaining my CPA license.
Once I become debt free, I plan on quickly saving up for the down payment on my first property.
