I'm a California based investor exploring cash flow markets out of state such as Kansas City, Birmingham, Little Rock, Indianapolis, and Oklahoma City for single family home rentals in good school districts. I'm also exploring partnerships on multi-family/single family properties in highly appreciating markets or commercial properties.
