I have two rental properties in Toronto, ON. I have a full-time job but I'm also a General Contractor on the side. I want to invest some of my money into U.S. because I think there are some good deals that I can get there especially in Detroit. My wife just started her real estate career last Apr. 2014 so we can't really move forward here...
