I've been in the real estate industry for the last 3years and have focused on preparing paperwork for investors and agents for buyer and seller. Throughout the three years, I've also learned to analyze comparables for investors to buy and flip.
I am a military member, looking to get involved in real estate more heavily. I currently own one rental property, and am looking at getting an investment property in the next year. I am hoping to make real estate investment a part time job to build my own financial freedom.
