I am a newbie interested in using real estate to become debt free. I am a full time mechanical engineer at a local steel mill. My wife is a stay at home mom with our 4 month (as of 5/30/17) old baby girl. I have a 4-year degree in mechanical engineering from the University of South Alabama.
