I’m 25, currently only involved in buy and hold. I have 2 out of state rentals (SC), 4 condos and a 6 family (MA). Looking to expand my rental portfolio and also get involved in some flips / new construction.
Providing hard money loans to investors in Charlotte, Raleigh and Greensboro. We can loan up to 75% of ARV. Unlimited capital to lend.
Learning the ropes.
Currently working 55-60 hours a week in a factory. Although i am paid very well, i feel like I'm in prison.
Own and self-manage 8 rental units.
