I've been interested in RE for years, and have thought about ways to get into REI. I've done enough thinking, its time to formulate a plan and act! A life change has ignited my passion to get involved in the industry.
I am a Real Estate Broker in Texas; have been an agent since 2009 and a broker since 2012. I am also a real estate investor having flipped several homes and a landlord. I am looking to do more investing.
I want to get into the rental business, starting in early 2019. I'm looking into different financing opportunities and wanting to gain as much knowledge as possible before then.
I'm new to Real Estate and looking to learn more about the market and educate myself about the business. I'm open to learning as much as I can!
