Just want to learn more about investing in real estate
I've been out of consistent real estate investing for a while but have always had a rental house or three. I'm want to expand to 10+ homes and want to educate myself on the current techniques as well as flipping houses.
I had sold a house a few years ago for 125,000 I had experience of taken a small loan than sold but my interest now is I want to buy 6 rehab propertys at a cost of of 9,000 a piece a total of 54,000 and be to get a loan to finish them up for like a 100,000 but I want the value of the house to be at 60,000 a Peace when done
